My name is Lotus and I may be able to help. I am licensed therapist offering virtual services to California residents (9+ years old). My practice is culturally responsive, trauma informed and rooted in social justice.
I offer a holistic clinical experience that fuses evidence-based mental health practices (such as psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) with intuitive forms of healing (such as meditation, ancestral work and art) to honor and heal the mind, body and Spirit.
As your therapist, I aim to function as a guide to identify the root causes of your suffering and develop the clarity and skills needed to build a healthy, fulfilling life. Even while navigating multiple forms of stress, transition, violence and oppression, it is possible to heal from trauma and thrive.
